This was my first time ever trying pho and I can say I will most definitely return for more. It was vibrant delicious and wonderful. Paired with the spring rolls and coffee and this is a most wonderful meal. The people were so kind and proud of the food.
THE BEST VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT IN CT. The Banh Mi is INCREDIBLE. The most tender beef I’ve ever tasted a sandwich. Also the best Short Ribs and Pho I’ve ever had.
This place is absolutely amazing! It was my first time ever trying pho and I wanted to make sure that I was adding all of the right things to have a true bowl of pho. The owner kindly showed me the right way to eat my bowl of pho by adding the hoisin sauce and his homemade chili oil. Such an amazing meal and i have now been back multiple times for a delicious bowl of pho. Strongly recommend this local restaurant:)
I love this place! Me and my friend come every weekend! This is by far the best Pho in the state of CT! I have lived in NYC for many years and this place rivals a few of them! But I love the different options they have on the menu and it is always fresh!! The owner is also very nice and knowledgeable with his amazing recommendations. This place sell the best Pho and bubble tea. I did a review on youtube. Big portions with all the veggie trimmings. Meat tender , and lots of it in Pho. Owner is nice , and chat with you. My husband and I couldn't decide what to eat. We wanted something good, hearty, and delicious. We decided, after passing this place so many times, that my husband, who is originally from West Haven, would go in, and it was definitely an experience. We will never forget, and we will most certainly be back. The food was out of this world, flavorful, and fresh. The portion sizes were big, and most importantly, the atmosphere was so inviting. Thank you, Pho Delicious family, for making us feel at home. We will be back.
Great pho and spring rolls in New Haven. The broth was not as salty as some of the other places Ive been to. The spring rolls were fresh and on point as well.
We had guests from Pennsylvania and they wanted good Vietnamese food. We decided on Pho Delicious! We so glad that we did! The food was fresh and flavorful. Portions were generous and the service was great. The best part is that we had a nice chat with the head chef! A very enjoyable experience. By the way, try the bubble tea!!
I don’t usually leave reviews mid meal, but here we are. Not far off 95 on the way from nyc to Boston, Pho Delicious should change its name to Pho King Delicious. I got the beef short ribs and they are literally the grilled dish you dream about. Pleasantly fatty with a huge amount of flavor and the perfect char (especially considering most restaurants never get this char from thin cut meat). The dipping sauce was tangy and the perfect compliment. Even the hot chili oil was less bitter, more flavorful and more complex than those I’ve had elsewhere. You would’ve been embarrassed to see me picking the bones clean well past the point of polite company. Finally I started on the pho just as I was starting to show. The marrow in the tendon was so rich and (you guessed it) FLAVORFUL. The broth, meatballs, noodles, everything was in perfect proportion. It’s crazy, too, because the meal felt healthy. If you’re into Vietnamese food (or even if not - nobody’s perfect) make your way over to Pho King Delicious (it’s official!) and prepare for a party in your mouth.
Finally! Some good Vietnamese food in this part of town. I grew up eating a lot of Vietnamese food so I am very critical. Previously, my husband and I were driving all the way up to Hartford. Now, we finally have something local. Delicious, fresh. They don’t freeze their food and prep it right when you order it. Would highly recommend and come back again. Owner also very friendly.
